I just often don't think I'm too busy topromise. But many professional strategists will talk about the dangers of always being a yes person. They say saying yes all the time makes you look like a doormat and actually lowers your chances of having a successful career. I've seen the dangers of saying yes at the wrong time so I try not to. I've seen this from the college kid who's always up to go out partying tonight and the adult guy who lives in an office and I have to get up early and it's still hours of sleep right.
